Troubadour Tales specialise in Historical and Fantastical Events. We can organise your whole event, or supply you with one or more elements.

Troubadour Tales can run educational programmes for your site, your school, or your college.

Troubadour Tales use highly experienced performers for all their events. They can provide storytellers, actors, fighters, Punch and Judy, singers, historical experts, and more.

Troubadour Tales is managed by Martin Hobbs and Jeff Baker, two performers with an incredible experience in live events going back over 30 years. They have worked for Historic Scotland, English Heritage, Jersey Heritage, The Royal Palaces, The Royal Armouries, Warwick Castle, Merlin Group, The British Library, The Natural History Museum, The Nation Army Museum, and Hastings Pier.

They can organise whole events, or just parts of them. Be it a talk on the Civil War, an interactive play about 1066, an have-a-go trebuchet demonstration for kids, or some stories from King Arthur’s court.

With their extensive links throughout the industry, they can provide re-enactors, stunt people, jousting knights, historical musicians, and more.
